Return/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our product we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment.
Shipping Policy
We ship most orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. In-stock items are normally shipped within 1-2 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item. Shipping and handling costs charged at check-out are based on a flat rate of $18.00(US) for crystal purchases shipped in the U.S., and $11.00(US) for Prints shipped in the U.S.. International shipping and handling costs charged at check-out are based on a flat rate of $40.00(US) for crystal purchases, and $20.00(US) for prints. We will e-mail you following shipping and alert you to shipping information and provide you with a tracking number for your order.
